Marshwood Girls Tennis gutted out a victory 3-2 over Portland. With the match tied 2-2 it came down to #1 doubles which was forced into a 3rd and deciding set. Senior veteran Rachel Kovach and scrappy Sophomore Rachel Johnson clinched the 3-2 victory for the team by depending on strong net play to win the 3rd and deciding set 6-4.
